Responsibilities:

Perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common technology problems.

Assist in upgrading of network hardware and software components as assigned.

Install, upgrade, and configure network technology including but not limited to computers, laptops, printers, and network hardware.

Provide users with technical support.

Respond to the needs and questions of users concerning their access to resources on the network.

Maintain currency of knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems.

Other duties as assigned by the IT Director.

Ability to manage high volume of telephone calls, email, and other communication support requests while maintaining a high level of support.

Adheres to Standards of Conduct.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High School Diploma

Two (2) years relevant experience in information systems obtained by either work experience or post high school education.

Ability to work and communicate effectively with employees and business associates.

Knowledge of current technological developments/trends.
